Dear Families, our annual Photo Day is coming up! Please read the information below carefully to help the day run smoothly for everyone.

What to Wear

Please arrive dressed and ready for your scheduled session.

• Full club uniform with bodysuit bow and badges
• Bring your purple leotard
• Hair: Competition-style bun
• Makeup: As per our mid-year look – foundation, blush, natural-coloured eyeshadow, mascara and red lipstick
• Bring your rod, clubs, water bottle, any costumes you may have.

Photo Orders

All photo orders will be completed through our website this year.

Please ensure your order form is completed before Photo Day. If your order form has not been submitted before the day, we cannot guarantee that your individual photos will be taken.

Photo Day Schedule

Tinies

• Arrive: 8:15 am
• Session: 8:30 am – 10:00 am

Subbies

• Arrive: 9:45 am
• Session: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Purple Leotard Group Photo

A group photo in the purple leotard will be taken between the Subbies and Juniors sessions. If you would like to be included in this photo, please be at the hall by 11:45 am and listen for instructions on the day.

Juniors

• Arrive: 11:45 am
• Session: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Inters

• Arrive: 1:45 pm
• Session: 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Masters

• Arrive: 3:15 pm
• Session: 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm
